A fashion project from the perspective of medical and nursing care
As a joint project with Fast Retailing Co., Ltd., we supported everything from identifying on-site challenges and launching the business to in-store events and a fashion show at Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai.

FONDANT — launching a premium cream-croquette shop in a department store
We supported the launch of a specialty shop at Hanshin Department Store, Umeda Main Store — from the concept to the logo, fixtures and uniform design. After opening, it was featured on a nationally broadcast program.

Business system development for a shinkin bank
We unified operations that had been split between branches and head office, building a business system that also meets the security requirements of a financial institution.
