New Business Development

Turning ideas into businesses that last.

New business development project

Overview

We stay with you all the way — from concept to operation.

A new business takes more than an idea or a plan. LEONIA is involved at every stage — from generating ideas and business planning to building the brand and store, and running the business after launch.

Beyond supporting our clients' ventures, LEONIA also creates new businesses of its own. We bring that first-hand experience of building and running businesses to every client we work with.

From launch preparations and customer acquisition to operations and improvement after opening, we stay with you until the business is on track.

Joint project with Fast Retailing Co., Ltd.: “Thinking about fashion from a medical perspective”

Approach
We provided end-to-end support, from identifying challenges in medical and nursing-care settings to launching the business and putting it into practice — including a “gift consultation” system that suggests the best garment for each person's physical and mental needs.
Result
The initiative expanded into an event and a dedicated website at UNIQLO OSAKA, and a fashion show at Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai.
